The HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Server is based on a Silicon Root of Trust for built-in security throughout the server lifecycle. Only HPE offers industry-standard servers with the main firmware anchored directly on the silicon chip.
There are millions of lines of firmware code running before a server operating system starts. Additionally, with the runtime firmware verification feature of HPE iLO Advanced Premium Security Edition, server firmware is checked every 24 hours to confirm the validity and trustworthiness of the base system firmware.
Safe Recovery allows server firmware to roll back to the last known good state or factory settings after detecting compromised code.
AMD EPYC processors support a variety of security-related features, including AMD Secure Processor, Secure Memory Encryption (SME), and Secure Encrypted Virtualization (SEV). These capabilities can be used to help you implement critical security functions, including Root of Trust, Secure Operations, and Secure Mobility.
Flexible design
The HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen10 server features an adaptive chassis that includes modular drive bays, configurable with up to 30 SFF or up to 19 LFF or up to 24 NVMe drive options, and supports up to 3 double-wide GPUs options.
The HPE Smart Array S100i Software RAID comes standard with embedded M.2 boot and a redesigned HPE SmartArray Essential and high-performance RAID controller for improved performance or additional features (including support for running in SAS and HBA modes).
Combined with embedded 4x1GbE NICs, you have a choice of HPE FlexibleLOM or PCIe stand-up adapters, providing a variety of network bandwidth (1GbE to 4x10GbE) and fiber options to adapt to changing business needs and grow with them extension.
